The two seminars are held every year to enhance the level of coaching of young instructors. The International Judo Seminar is intended for young coaches from overseas to become able to play a leading role in their countries. Participants learn theories and techniques of the correct Kodokan Judo as well as necessary knowledge to become leaders. Through the seminar, highly-skilled coaches with a solid basis of judo coaching have been nurtured. The seminar is also intended to expand the correct Kodokan Judo coaching and promote sound development of Kodokan Judo around the world.
