Kodokan received a visit by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic in Japan

His Excellency Mr. Chingiz AIDARBEKOV, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic in Japan, made a courtesy visit to President Haruki UEMURA on September 9.

His Excellency Mr. Chingiz AIDARBEKOV, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic in Japan, and President Haruki UEMURA, in front of the last calligraphy of KANO Shihan.

 

His Excellency Mr. Chingiz AIDARBEKOV, a young ambassador of 38 years old, was posted to Japan in April as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, after serving in many positions such as the Deputy Head of Foreign Policy and Protocol Department of the Presidential Office of the Kyrgyz Republic, and the Head of International Cooperation and Protocol Department of the Parliament of the Kyrgyz Republic.

 

Also, he is a former Judo player and competed in an international competition held in Uzbekistan.

 

Asad, a son of Mr. Masabirov who is a member of Kyrgyz Parliament, is currently practicing in Kodokan Boys and Girls class. In consideration of this, Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic planned to visit the Kodokan to meet President UEMURA and thank him for receiving Asad.

 

In addition to this, he had a lively exchange of views during the visit. Considering the 2020 Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Games, he asked our opinion on how to promote exchange between the Kodokan and Kyrgyz Judo, and how to support them.

A friendly discussion was held. It was also shared with Mr. Abdisukhan ABDULLA UULU, Assistant of Ambassador, and Mr. Shinro FUJITA, the Director of the International Department.

 

After that, Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic visited the Kodokan Judo Museum and looked at the exhibits with interest.
